Excellent job!  Sean and Jason were super personable and professional.  I started the process not knowing what to expect regarding my EV Charger installation.  They figured out the best path to run the wire with the least amount of disruption.  The end result was terrific. Strongest recommendation for residential electric services and Tesla Wall Connector installation. The staff and electricians were highly competent and professional. Work results were outstanding, and upgrades and safety improvements were very much appreciated.

-Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. Chelsea explained the wall connector installation process and provided helpful guidance.
-Once scheduled, Sue kept in contact in advance of the appointment. When an earlier date was available, Sue called and offered to move our appointment. We were happy with our first date, but the bump was beneficial and appreciated.
-The electrician, Jason, arrived on time and was very professional. He completed an assessment and thoroughly explained his findings. The work estimates were straight from a guidebook and completely reasonable.
-After reviewing the assessment, we discussed an action plan. I was surprised to learn all work would be immediately begin (they weren't overstating the warehouse on wheels). Jason installed our wall connector and another electrician, Sean, arrived to help with other tasks, including installation of a whole home surge protector and a number of GFCI and other outlets.
-Work was completed without issue. Jason and Sean were super friendly and kept me posted with progress and results. Work areas were clean and results were truly outstanding.
-Jason and Sean didn't blink when I asked for additional services, and all added work was completed without another appointment. Results were similarly outstanding.
-Newly installed systems were reviewed with me, and the electricians made sure I was familiar with all upgrades and repairs.
-Credit card payment was accepted.
-Sue called after the appointment to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I appreciated Sue’s help and patience with scheduling and invoicing. Sue couldn’t have been more patient and kind.
-One of the many benefits of working with Kelley Electric was electricians were certified and received ongoing training. Additionally, electricians were subject to background checks.

My wife and I asked for the opportunity to write this Googlel Review for Kelley Electric.  Nowadays, we often get shoddy work done by inexperienced workmen.  This was NOT THE CASE with Kelly Electric!  From the time they arrived being careful about respecting our home being clean to their final work helping us to understand all the work they had done so well.  These guys are real 'Pros'!
Jay, Sean and eventually Grace (We loved seeing a younger person being trained!) removed many fire-dangers from our home- The home we plan. to reside in for years!  Now we will feel secure in doing so!  Always showing / telling us why / what they had to do, we appreciated that 35 years ago when our home was built, inspection approvals were easier.  Now, updating safety is critical.  'Back-stabbed outlets grounds and earlier a newer, much safer Panel greatly reduces  fire-hazards in our house, our investment in our own future! If you ar"e reading this, note that we are using the "Inflation Reduction Act" financial incentives to pay for some of the cost and- our insurance company is reducing our home insurance cost because we are now safer- thanks to Kelly Electric.  Thank you Jay, Sean and Grace too!
