Jason did not stumble into electrical work. Right out of high school he went straight into the union, spent 13 years doing commercial work, and got really good at it. But somewhere along the way he realized that big commercial jobs were not where he wanted to be. He wanted to work with people directly, in their homes, on problems that actually affected their daily lives.
So he made the switch to residential, and he has never looked back. That was over 13 years ago.
These days Jason will tell you the best part of the job is helping a homeowner get their house back in order and knowing it is safe. Not the wiring, not the panel, not the permit. The moment a customer can stop worrying about something they were not sure how to handle. That is what keeps him going.
When he is not working, you will probably find him fishing or spending time with his family.

A lot of electrical companies do a little of everything. Commercial, residential, new construction, whatever comes in. We decided a long time ago that residential was where we wanted to focus, and we have stuck to that.
It means we know the kinds of homes people actually live in across the Lehigh Valley. Jason
Jason is a licensed Electrician and has been in this trade for 26 years.
After high school, Jason started his career in the Union and was a Union employee for 13 years doing commercial work. Jason decided that he would rather work with customers in more of a one on one setting. Because of this he decided to work in the residential field, which he has been in for over 13 years. Jason states that the best part of his job is helping a customer get their house back in order and ensuring their safety. When he’s not working, you can find Jason fishing and spending time with his family.
Chelsea
Chelsea is Kelley Electric’s Office manager. She has a Bachelors Degree in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Psychology. When you call
Kelley Electric, Chelsea will be the one greeting you and assisting with
getting one of our technicians to your home. Chelsea enjoys spending
time with her family, friends and traveling.
Sean
Sean has been working at Kelley Electric for almost two years. He loves working in the electrical field because every day because it is different and he gets to help people daily. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughters.
