Meet the Kelley Family
At Kelley Electric, we’re more than a local electrical company. We’re a family dedicated to serving the community we call home. Jason and Bridget Kelley founded Kelley Electric with a simple goal: provide honest, high-quality electrical work while treating every customer like family. What started as a leap of faith has grown into a trusted Lehigh Valley business built on integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine relationships.
Jason brings more than 25 years of electrical experience to every project. After spending years working as a union electrician and experiencing the uncertainty that often comes with the trade, he decided to build something of his own. Something that would provide stability for his family while delivering exceptional service to local homeowners. Along the way, Bridget became an integral part of the company, helping to build the business behind the scenes while raising their three children. Together, they have worked to create a company culture that values honesty, hard work, respect, and family.
Today, Kelley Electric is truly a family affair. Their oldest daughter, Grace, has embraced the family business and is currently working in the field as an apprentice electrician. Under her father’s guidance, she is learning the trade from the ground up, gaining hands-on experience and carrying on the values of hard work, integrity, and craftsmanship that Kelley Electric was built on. Their son, John, recently graduated from high school and will be attending Penn State this fall as a Business major. He has already shown an interest in the business side of the company and hopes to contribute to Kelley Electric’s future growth. Their youngest daughter keeps everyone smiling and reminds the family what matters most.
As a family, the Kelleys are deeply rooted in the Lehigh Valley. They believe in supporting local organizations, giving back to the community, and building lasting relationships with the people they serve. Whether it’s sponsoring local events, volunteering, or helping neighbors in need, they are committed to making a positive impact both on and off the job site.
When they’re not working, you’ll often find the Kelley family spending time together, supporting local sports, enjoying outdoor activities, and making memories with friends and family.

Jason doesn't do it alone
Jason
Jason is a licensed Electrician and has been in this trade for 26 years.
After high school, Jason started his career in the Union and was a Union employee for 13 years doing commercial work. Jason decided that he would rather work with customers in more of a one on one setting. Because of this he decided to work in the residential field, which he has been in for over 13 years. Jason states that the best part of his job is helping a customer get their house back in order and ensuring their safety. When he’s not working, you can find Jason fishing and spending time with his family.
Chelsea
Chelsea is Kelley Electric’s Office manager. She has a Bachelors Degree in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Psychology. When you call
Kelley Electric, Chelsea will be the one greeting you and assisting with
getting one of our technicians to your home. Chelsea enjoys spending
time with her family, friends and traveling.
Sean
Sean has been working at Kelley Electric for almost two years. He loves working in the electrical field because every day because it is different and he gets to help people daily. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughters.
